I was able to fix the issue by just removing it and re-adding the server. that is very concerning because I know I tried to do that before, but this time worked. there must be a bug or something.

I am noticed a bunch of little issues here and there

1.- after fixing the original issue I had, then Fusion started to compliant that authentication failed, then I had to go to each fused server, edit settings, "Test Fussion Settings" and then save. I had to do this couple of times because I had to reboot the server to add more CPUs.

2.- there is a problem with the "Edit Fused Server Page", when you make changes. if you make changes polling interval, not always the value is saved. To make it work I had to increase the number, save it, and then edit again to change it to a lower number which is what I wanted to do in the first place

3.- In the dashboard page, although you can make full screen with F11, you dont have the "+" to also remove the menu bar on your left

4.- NOC screen is not available in Fusion 4. =(

5.- No minemap component available. =(

1. After you rebooted the server, how long do you feel it was before is started to display the authentication failed message?
Was it less than the polling or authentication interval?
How many Nagios servers have you added to the Fusion server and how large are they?

2. I could not duplicate this issue on my system. When you change the settings for a fused server, it updated the entry in the MYSQL database.
To see the settings, you can run this as root on the server. Try editing the settings for a server and see if the SQL tables are updated right away.
Do you see any errors in the Apache or the MYSQL log files when this happens?

I'll put in a feature request for 3, 4, 5. Have to start some where.....
