An email asking for additional data was sent on the ticket created on the 22nd but no response was received. Please respond to the email's request or let me know if you didn't receive the email.

For anyone that may run into a similar problem - the username is case sensitive. The username entered at the login screen must be identical to the username listed under Administration > General > User Management.
