Am trying to log in with the nagiosadmin's password that you created on the "initial setup"

Below is the output :

Also, In order to proceed further with Fusion, Kindly respond to the below :
Dell will cover OS level support for OEL 7.x
And we have been running many a apps and never faced any compatibility issue due to compatibility with RHEL 7.x

Can you provide support for only the Nagios Fusion part ?
Regards,
Vish.

We officially support our products only when they are installed on a supported operating system. This is our policy. Having said that, Nagios Fusion, installed on Oracle Linux will be supported in a near future, along with some other operating systems as well. Currently, it is not supported officially.

Have you tried logging in with the password you set in AD/LDAP? Do you have any special characters in the password? If you do, can you change the password to something simple for troubleshooting purposes, e.g. "test"?

Let's try to use the reset_fusionuser_password.sh script again, and use a very simple password. Run the following commands from the command line, and show the output:

Code: Select all

cd /usr/local/nagiosfusion/scripts
./reset_fusionuser_password.sh -u nagiosadmin -p test
Next, try to log in Nagios Fusion web interface, using:

Username: nagiosadmin
Password: test

Were you able to log in or you got the "Username/password do not match data stored in Nagios Fusion database." error message again?

When you say 'near future' , do you have any tentative timelines ?

I am glad your issue has been resolved!

I'm sorry we don't have any timelines at the moment. We are still working on it, and once we are confident that our products work 100% on the operating systems to be supported, we will make an announcement.

Please let us know if it is OK to close this topic. Thank you!
