Regarding your below request find the output:
>What is the command used to check this port?
>Nagios XI GUI > Configure > Core Config Manager > Services
>Now, select the service that is having issue > select "Common Settings" > Run check Command

Hi,
So, it is using "check_rrdtraf".

As you already aware, those "in" and "out" has "0 mb/s".

Anything is wrong with the above ...
I am still investigating the switch ports I did (enable/disable) the port but didn't change anything, I am still investigating.

Hi,
I tested this on my Nagios XI and it is also using "check_rrdtraf".

Since I pointed this to a test switch so some of my "in" and "out" also has "0 mb/s" as well.

Sorry, same command work for you before and not now.
I think something has changed in your Switch / Router.

It was working perfectly before 2 weeks
