Yep It is still doing it

would it have anything to do with ndo2db they had me enable it when I last updated because the service would not start.

It's good that they had you downgrade to ndo2db because we have been seeing some issues with the NDO-3 broker.
In fact your problem might be related to the NDO-3 issue, since your configurations all look OK. I suspect
the problem is in the database, so please do the following :

mysqldump -u root -pnagiosxi nagios > /tmp/nagios.sql
cd /tmp
tar cvzf nagios.sql.tar.gz nagios.sql

Please PM me the resultant nagios.sql.tar.gz file. If it is too big to attach in a PM then do the following:

in the /tmp directory where nagios.sql.tar.gz is located:
split -b 19MB nagios.sql.tar.gz

That will create various files xaa, xab, etc. You should be able to PM me those files, one file per PM. You
may need to rename them to include an extension.

Can you please take her out of the Interface Services Team and the SECONDARY-ALERT-NOTIFICATION
groups. If that stops the notifications let me know. If it doesn't stop the notifications then please
take her out of the All Contacts group, and let me know the results of that.

When you say "I actual removed the tkidder user ....." does that mean you removed her
from the contactgroups of you removed her account from Nagios?
