Please go to Reports > My Scheduled Reports and hover over one of the links on a failing scheduled report and send me the id from the URL, it will look like this:

That output looks like it worked properly. How are you specifically running them that they are failing? How are they failing/any errors?

The reports are getting generated successfully when I run them manually. These reports are scheduled to run on a weekly basis and trigger emails with reports every Monday. When I open the reports, I can see the "Availability data is not available when monitoring engine is not running." error only for Service Availability reports. Host availability reports don't have any issues.
