Do you have your httpd.conf file in that directory? Or did you point Apache to a incorrect location? The default location in most cases is:

I don't have any directory name conf in my /usr/local. Here is the thing,how do i put a point for my apache? where do i find this place to edit?

How did you install apache? The config location is set at compile time or through the -f switch when loaded (from the init script). This is a different location that either of your 2 previous apache installs? Is this the same distribution/install as before? You could check the init script:
