I am not sure why it's not working for you. I would recommend sending us an email at
[email protected] and opening a new support ticket in our system. Please, type "Operations Center not displaying information" in the email subject field. This way we can schedule a remote session and try to further troubleshoot the issue.

When you say remote session, do you mean SSH or Webex?

For remote sessions, we use a program called GoToAssist, that gives shared control over a workstation and has a chat window. We will need a web browser opened and logged into Nagios Fusion as well as shell root access to your Fusion server.
