Trouble getting LDAP wizard to work

At this point, it looks like you have an issue with your Windows domain controller. Perhaps your OU nesting isn't correct. Do you have a different account you can test against?

You can try testing with the other as yancy suggested however, as he pointed out

Until this is fixed the check plugin likely will not work

it worked before we migrated over to a VM

It worked before you moved your domain controller to a VM, or Nagios to a VM?
