Hello Dwassa,

I opened the ticket as you suggested and I got good support.

Asides a few other task that technical support performed on my nagiosxi deplyment, the key issue was that the Disk I/O on my nagiosxi deployment had increased exponentially thereby causing latency to increase. This script: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... giosXI.pdf was recommended which I followed. I also had to increase the RAM allocation for the VM hosting the nagiosxi application.
