- A screenshot of your Backup & Maintenance page.
Log in to NLS, go to Administration > System > Backup & Maintenance
- A screenshot of your Index Status page.
Log in to NLS, go to Administration > System > Index Status

You have no indices - that's very strange. Can you show us a screenshot of the Cluster Status page?

Can we see the output of these commands wrapped in code brackets?

Are you a customer? We can do a remote session if you have a support contract with us, otherwise we will need to continue troubleshooting over the forums. If you have not had a Quickstart wish us, you could look into doing that, each customer/potential customer gets one for each product we offer. Check this link out:
