Can't open reports page

I am having problems opening the reports page in my customer's Nagios installation. It just hangs there and eventually times out.
I upgraded them to Version 2012 1.8 and they are running Centos 6 32 bit.

What error are you receiving from the Reports page? Can you try to access that page, and only that page, then send us the output of:

tail /var/log/httpd/error_log


tail /var/log/httpd/access_log

It stops at "transferring data" and just stays there indefinitely.

What values are set in the php.ini for:

 max_input_time = 
 memory_limit =
You may need to increase those values, see the following link:

max_execution_time=3000 ( I increased that number due to nagiosql apply config problems)
max_input_time = 3000 (same as above)
memory_limit = 1024M (increased due to...well...a need for higher memory usage :)

Do a running tail of the httpd error log (leave it running), and then try to open the reports page:

tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log
If the report is not getting generated, we should see an error in the tail. . .

The main problem is the page doesn't seem to finish loading. The error_logs show nothing.

Out of curiosity can you get to one of the other report pages instead of the default Availability Report page?

Such as
