Can you share your service definition with us? Copy and paste the output of the following page: CCM > Services > Click the Diskette icon next to the service name you are having issues with.

Copy all of the text in this new page and paste it into a response here, make sure to use the code wraps syntax around it, also, are you having this issue with all hosts/services?

The image you showed shows that check returning a CPU load of 8% rather than 80,90,or 100% Do you have a service that is returning within those ranges currently? If so, can you cross verify with the Notifications page to see if notifications are being sent out? It is located at Home > Notifications.

You will need to check the box next to each type of alert/state change you would like to be notified for:

http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/3_0/ ... tions.html

Please look under the Notification_options section for a description of each.

Dear Team,

I have given CPU utilization range 80 to 100% , but not getting alert , might be there is already set 5 minute average, how can i reduce to 1 minute average.
Please find enclosed for your reference.

Dear Team,

Now I have putted 1 minute average CPU utilization, but thing is that, when CPU goes 80 to 100%, I must have notification alert, should not count 1 minute average CPU Utilization.

You may want to decrease the threshold to 60% or so. Additionally, make sure you set the "max_check_attempts" to one so that you notified immediately. If you have any retries, it will allow the load average to drop which will then change the service back towards a HARD OK state.
