Installation step failed - b-installfusion

We're attempting to install Fusion in our environment in a virtual machine on Hyper-V 2012. We've installed CentOS 6.4 i386 in the VM, with 2 virtual CPU, 2GB RAM and a 40GB VHDX.
The documentation at
http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... ctions.pdf works fine until we run ./fullinstall.
It runs through and then outputs "INSTALLATION ERROR!" and "The script that failed was './B-installfusion'"
install.log's last lines read:
Reloading httpd:
Creating postgres database and user...
-bash: /root/nagiosfusion/nagiosfusion/create_postgres_db.sh: Permission denied
if I run create_postgres_db.sh directly, it outputs "psql: FATAL: database "root" does not exist"
What are the next steps?

Run the following commands and show the output:

Are you running the fullinstall as user "root"? (you should be)
How permissive is your selinux "permissive" configuration? (sometimes clients need to fully disable it)

I am running it as root.
Per the note displayed by the fullinstall script, this is a very basic install of CentOS. We haven't done any configuration on the OS so far, other than the IP addressing, so SELinux would be default for CentOS 6.4 x86.

That is exactly what he meant, and thank you. I would suggest disabling selinux entirely. Likely it is only going to allow a su - postgres and then running postgres commands. Unfortunately our script does not account for that. So try disabling, and re-run the fullinstall.
