Performance & graph

Hi,
Sorry am pretty new at Nagiosxi hense lotta questions coming from my end.
WHen i i select a host and go to the Performance and Graph tab it just gived me a red x
This happens for any hosts or any service.


Does not build any graph at all and no graph is displayed.
Now these host have been monitored for quite some time now , so it should have the info.

am is Missing out something here??

This is a common issue usually related to permissions on the backend of the system. Try these solutions:

Resetting Security Credentials is the most likely solution.
