Hi,

does the XI integrated Availability Report include only hard alarms or does it also include soft alarm states in the avalability calculation?

Soft states are not included in the availability report, unless the object then continues to a hard state. When that happens, downtime is reported from the last HARD OK state to the next HARD OK state.
