Viewing Nagios current Object and Inheritance settings

Post by blarg3891 »

Hi,

I'm coming from another monitoring solution, where after configuring templates and hosts and services and alerts and such, you could click on a "View Config" in the the web ui and then select hosts or services. If you choose Host for instance, you would get a nice table that showed a host and all configured settings for that host, basically the end result of all inheritance within the system. This is useful when troubleshooting to determine what hosts are pulling what settings.

Is there anything like this in Nagios XI. I cannot find it.

At this point, there is not an option like this. However it would be a great feature request!
