Nagios XI Installation error

I am trying to install Nagios XI on RHEL 6.4. I am getting below error, some of the packages have resolved dependencies, but some of them are not.
Any help is highly apperciated

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

Does this server have access to the internet and the rpmforge/epel repos?

Yes, it has Internet access and it has repositories.
I think the URLthat i have in .repo file might be wrong for the Repositires.
