Nagios QL CLI?
Is there anyway to configure Nagios XI Objects from the command line? Is there a CLI for Nagios QL?

The best way to configure from the CLI would be to use the /usr/local/nagios/etc/static directory. Do note that this directory is not manageable by the CCM, but verification/apply configuration will check this folder for inconsistencies.
You could interact directly with the MySQL database, but this is highly ill-advised.
