Installing new license: Need "Activation Key"

I have been running a trial installation of Nagios XI. I have the permanent license.
However, in addition, the system demands an "activation key". How do I obtain this
"activation key"?

You should receive the activation key in your registered email address after adding the key to Nagios XI, if you cannot find it contact sales at:
