Hi, we are implementing Nagios XI and Nagios Core with BMC Remedy, but I didn't find a good idea about it, only that Nagios could open a Ticket in Remedy in cases of failures but nobody said how it did. I heard about APIs and Addons to this integration, but I did not find it, If you have a procedure or any information about this integration, Addons or APIs, I will appreciate you, any good information.

Also, you could work towards setting up a event handler to open tickets, but a more likely solution would be a notification handler, a few pages in the list I sent you go down this path.
