My company has a paid support contract for NagiosXI.
I need support but can not post in any of the NagiosXI customer forums.
Effectively rendering the paid support unavailable.

Please, contact our sales department at [email protected], and request to be granted access to the Customer Support Forum. I was going to do so myself, however the email you registered with on the forum is NOT in our system. Most probably, we will have to get an OK from the main contact, listed for the U of Washington in our system.

Unfortunately our purchasing dept made up a generic ID that has nothing to do with actually administering the system.
