Remove acknowledgements after X hours?

Hi,

do anyone of you know a solution of removing "old" acknowledgements that have not got back to an OK state for several hours?

Or at least allow notifications to be sent while acknowledged?
I tried using escalations, but these notifications where also suppressed by the acknowledgement.

You know, I believe someone else asked about this recently, not sure if they put in a feature request. I am going to go check and if not will create one and then link you to it. I actually had a couple admins ask me about this yesterday, so it is something I'd like as well.

Edit: I just searched the heck out of the forums and can't find the previous thread. I KNOW it exists, I remember reading it. Regardless, I'm putting in a feature request...Nagios guys are just going to love me

HA! Found it, was a feature request already entered. I'm adding my voice to it, I'd suggest adding yours as well. The more customers asking for it the better chance they add it!

Bandit has the gist of it. After next week our focus will shift from the conference to the next XI release and start to lock in features.
