When sending out email notifications, can all the recipients be in the same email chain. We currently have this ability with another monitoring tool, which is a nice feature because when the email is generated, a recipient can reply to all, which informs everyone the issue is being addressed. Are you wanting to work with the Nagios Core handlers or the Nagios XI handlers?

Whichever one that can satisfy the requirement.

The way Nagios is set up, emails are sent out on a per-contact basis, not in bulk. Options:

Distribution list - Send to one email and have that forward to relevant parties
