since there are some bugs against it I decided to move the homedirectory for
all nagios related packages (which should be nrpe and nagios itself) to
/var/lib/nagios (I don't want to create a new home for nagios 4
).So if I missed any package which creates nagios user please give me a hint,
or lart me if you don't like the decision.
