We've seen this problem IE can display this problem if the Nagios server's time is off by more than one hour. Check the server time and see if it meshes with your workstation time.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

thankyou for your help! I found that the password's frame appeared when I configure web sound.
i add some wav files to /usr/local/nagios/share/media and modify the cgi.cfg
(remove the '#' in the file like that
service_critical_sound=critical.wav
service_warning_sound=warning.wav
service_unknown_sound=warning.wav
)
but when the nagios detected any warn or critical the nagios web will eject password's frame , after i input the username and password , the web ring.
how can i do that i need input the username and password just one time . thankyou~

The first thing I can think of would be to double-check the permissions on your WAV files to make sure they're readable by the Apache user.

You might consider trying Firefox, as it's the most reliable browser. If it doesn't work on that then it may not be a browser related issue.
