Seems like Custom Period doesn't work here at all :-(
I just tried on some other services any period in past that's not including
yesterday's date and it fails.

We've seen this problem too, although only under "complex circumstances", suchas multiple scheduled downtimes mixed with host-up, host-down and outagesalerts. I have no solution at the moment, and debugging
avail.c is far from asimple matter since determining that the bug is solved once a probable fix isin place is difficult and enormously timeconsuming.--Andreas Ericsson
