Sorry, 5L has been out since 2001 according to Wikipedia; the current version,
5.3, has been out since 2004.

I am using the latest of nsca (2.6). I also tried 2.4 with similar errors.

I'm happy to volunteer to compile on AIX, I have a couple of machines to play
with but they're all on AIX 5.3.
