I forgot to mention, if you're applying the patch on an already
configured source tree, don't forget to re-run 'config.status' as it's
this command that rebuild the static HTML pages (config.status is
normally run automatically after the configure script finishes).
Than you can 'make install-html' (iirc) to replace the html pages with
the patched ones.
