First to say my oppinion, Nagios has a very great web-interface which is
really self-explaining, if you compare it to other interfaces!

Have a look at http://www.nagios.org/upcoming.php
There you can see that you have to modify the C-sourcecode of Nagios and
have to recompile Nagios if you want changes in the CGI's...
Something else can be done with the custom-header and footer you can
integrate there...

Maybe you should show them other software to show them that Nagios has a
really great interface!
