Maybe, if someone takes the time to write it, but it's not very likely
because of the following reason.

The neb-api is designed for programmers and programmers only. While the
hello_world.c module is a fairly stupid one, it proves the basic
functionality. I saw another module somewhere, called sampler.c, which
was much more useful and should be able to give you whatever hints you need.
