Custom variables are not currently pre-processed to see if they contain
other macros. This could add to overhead, so I'm not sure if it would
be good idea to add support for it. You could use a command definition
like this to achieve the same functionality:

define command {
command_name check_snmp_11187
command_line $USER1$/check_snmp -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -C $USER20$
-o .1.3.6.1.... -w 70
}
