Hi,
We have one server which is having RAM memory 7.5 GB.
When we are checking the nagios report it is showing Memory usage: total:9303.71 Mb - used: 1197.06 Mb (13%) - free: 8106.64 Mb (87%) However server has 7.5GB and in usage it is showing more than that.
Please clarify.

Can you give us a little more information? What check plugin is being run to check the system's memory?
Are you using some form of agent to run the check?
If you run the check plugin on the remote machine directly, what kind of output do you get?
I would double check the configuration settings as well, make sure the IP and the service description are correctly matched to the check command.
