remove ghost service

Hello,
I have the following problem and I can not find a solution.
I removed two check, which I used to check the two links.
One of the check is left. Now I can not remove the check because it is not present, but in the service problems and is visible in red.
I have tried to restore the backup ,but, the problem remains after ten minutes that everything seems settled the error reappears. How do I delete it?
