nsclient++ check not returning consistent results

I use the nsclient++ plugin to query the resources of windows servers and have had good luck with this until now.
I installed the nsclient++ to a new server and some of the checks return with a time out error.
When I schedule an immediate check I get the following entries in the logs:
External Command 2011-03-04 10:07:31EXTERNAL COMMAND: SCHEDULE_SVC_CHECK;DeltekWebProd;Processor Interrupts per Sec;1299251245
