2011 report help (or any version)

Post by QS1 »

This is a tall request, but is it possible to get a report that comes close to the data that is shown in this SCOM report that I am attaching? I was hoping that the 2011 reports would... and granted they are good, but they are not exactly what my department is looking for. Has anyone tried any reporting plugings or data exporting or anything to get something close to this??? Thanks for any help.

I've had some luck using the ODBC driver for mysql to pull data from the DB and generate reports using SSRS, but only because we have some pretty crafty data services folks here. I'm hoping there is an easier way to get at the data in 2011 but have not tried it yet.

I might have to give that a try as well. I know the data is in MySQL. Just a matter of getting the reports....

This does look interesting pulling from several things into one report. If you would like, you may make a request here for review:
