Installion Problems with 2011 Nagios XL

The installation went good until I reached this point ./B-installxi

I get following error

[root@NagiosXL nagiosxi]# ./B-installxi

ERROR: PostgresQL user 'nagiosxi' was not created - exiting.
ERROR: Nagios XI database was not setup properly - exiting.

How can I fix this to proceed with the installation?

could you post step-by-step what procedure you followed to install? Also, what OS is this on? Is it a VM?
