One problem I've noticed in NSCA is that it reacts poorly when
the Nagios daemon dies unexpectedly. If the nagios.cmd named
pipe does not have a reader attached to it, NSCA processes will
stack up attempting to write to it. Shouldn't NSCA have a
timeout in it so that the processes will go away after a
configurable time period?

Thanks,
-Jason Martin
