Auto-login?

Post by jpipitone »

Is there a way to configure NagiosXI to automatically login as a guest user?

When one of our IT staff visits http://nagios.ourcompany.com, we would like them to automatically be logged into the NagiosXI web interface as a read only guest user, similar to how our Nagios 2.9 core functioned.

If a privileged member of the IT staff wishes to login and make changes, they would be able to do so as well.

Thanks for any help.

I don't think automatic logins are possible anymore due to some security measures that were put in place that check for a valid session on every page.
