What you should be able to do, is in the configs, define a hostgroup
with the specific hosts you want to see, and then add
"&hostgroup=3Dhost_group_name" to the end of the URL. Leave the host=3D=
all.
This will show the status of all services for hosts inside that hostgr=
oup.
