Re: [Nagios-devel] Ndotuils and missing hostalias

Post by Guest »

Actually, the hostalias field is supposed to be in the hosts table -
that bug is fixed in the current (unreleased code).

I'm behind on my self-imposed release date for the next update of
ndoutils, so perhaps I should just release what I have thus far.
Currently the ndo2db daemon is leaking memory (I have some debugging to
do here), the DB model has changed a bit, documentation is coming
together (thanks to Marlo for a great start on the DB diagram), and it
now supports more features from the 3.x CVS HEAD code (while remaining
compatible with Nagios 2.x).

I'm going to try and get a new release (or at least a snapshot) out in
the next few days for people to take a look at.
