sms are no longer sent
I have a nagios XI installation (2012R2.5) that sends out email alerts with an issue, however, it will not send out text message alerts any more. I have verified the mobile carriers are listed and correct, and that the phone number is correct. I try and force a test notification and all I recieve is the email no text. It is set to test [email protected] and [email protected]. I have even tried with [email protected], there was no change. *Personal information has been changed for privacy* the server is set to enable_notifications=1. Please help

Under Admin > Manage Mobile Carriers, is:
Set as the att address?
If so, if you open up:
Do you see the test notifications for that address show a "status=sent" or queued for delivery?

After testing extensively, it appears the notifications are being stopped by the carrier, is there any way to specify the come from an emaill adress and not a random string of numbers (i.e. 1200000120) or a specific valid formed phone number? If not how can I resolve this?
