Mass Acknowledgments

Post by rentsys »

I navigate to Mass Acknowledgments and click Check All Items then click Submit Commands. It says
Commands processed successfully! Your command submissions may take a few moments to update in the display.
but nothing is acknowledged. How do I fix this?

In addition to bandit's question, if you select only one item from the list, does it get acknowledged properly?

I am running Nagios XI 2012R2.5, and the component is 1.9 up to date. No, it does not get acknowledged properly.

Try to "Mass Acknowledge" then run the following commands and show us the output:

Code: Select all

tail -30 /var/log/messages
tail -30 /var/log/httpd/error_log

The latest version of the component (2.0) is uploading as we speak (it may take a while). It fixes a bug, associated with the locale. It is possible that it will fix the issue that you are having just by looking at the apache error log output.

Download the file below:
massacknowledge.zip
Then install the patched component by going to: Admin->Manage Components->Browse->massacknowledge.zip->Upload Component

Try to mass acknowledge and check if you will see new entries in Home->Acknowledgements.
