Bulk renaming tool issue

Dear Team,

We have three host names with same ip address :
host1-10.0.0.1 ---> http, ftp, dns, ssh, telnet
host2-10.0.0.1 ---> C drive, D drive, memory
10.0.0.1 ---> ping

We want all services should come into like below
host1-10.0.0.1 ---> http, ftp, dns, ssh, telnet, C drive, D drive, memory, ping

Please let us know how do i do it.

I already used bulk renaming tool but facing some SQL : SQL Error: nagiosql ------ -1 duplicate entry config file. and find the attached screenshot also

Nagios XI Version : 2012R2.2 | PHP Version: 5.3.3
Offloaded MySQL DB on another virtual machine
16 CPU with 2 cores each | 32 GB RAM | 1 TB HDD
CentOS-6.3 |Total = 4,000 hosts| 40,000 services.
