Importing Service Escalations

It seems that importing service escalations doesn't work very well.
I have followed the import prep steps for the service escalations and only one service escalation is imported per host.
Any ideas?

Looking at my file and what escalations do end up being imported.
I have noticed that it is always the last service escalation in the config file associated with the host. It maybe that the script is overwriting them all.
I can see that it thinks it is importing more than what is shown in the CCM.
I can also confim that the DB only has the records showing for the couple that are shown in the CCM.

I think the import script might not like escalations
