When a user submits the command to disable notifications for a host or service, is there any logging available to track this?

Nagios XI includes an "Audit Log". Go to --> Admin --> System Information --> Audit Log.

Thanks, I have found these log entries.
Is there anything that would cause a host to notify even when Notifications are disabled? I see one of my users disabled notifications for a host, but then 20 minutes later, and a few more times over the night, the host still notified.

There are a few different methods for disabling notifications, what method did your user use to disable notifications?

Clicking the "Disable Notifications" link in the Quick Actions panel of the Host Status Detail page was the method to disable notifications.

Were you receiving notifications to just the user in question? Or to all contacts on the disabled object?

thank you sir, figured out the issue. The user had not actually disabled notifications for the correct host, so user error and not nagios error in this case.
