Is this a core or XI question? I ask because you posted in the XI forum, but specifically mention core . . .

Monitoring with Core. But have an issue. for all the ports I am getting below error.


Port 1 Link Status UNKNOWN 12-19-2013 18:55:37 0d 0h 2m 50s 2/3 External command error: Error in packet
Port 10 Link Status UNKNOWN 12-19-2013 18:56:08 0d 0h 3m 50s 2/3 External command error: Error in packet
Port 15 Link Status UNKNOWN 12-19-2013 18:56:38 0d 0h 3m 20s 2/3 External command error: Error in packet
Port 16 Link Status UNKNOWN 12-19-2013 18:57:09 0d 0h 2m 49s 2/3 External command error: Error in packet

Can you show the actual command that you are running from the command line and the output of it?
