Trouble Monitoring Windows Servers
We've recently setup 2 new VM Servers for an IP phone system. I am attempting to monitor uptime, cpu usage, ping, etc..as well as a number of important processes and services necessary for the phone system to be fully functional. At the moment NagiosXI is unable to communicate with these servers, giving a response of "Connection Refused" under service problem details. I have attempted to configure the NSClient config file server side and am still having the same issue. I have setup similar monitoring on several of our other servers with no issues. I noticed that the NSClient config file on the new servers is different than config files on our other servers that are being monitored by Nagios. I'm not sure what to do at this point as I have attempted the usual procedure several times. Any ideas? Thank you.

Re: Trouble Monitoring Windows Servers
Can you verify that ports 12489 and 5666 are open on the windows servers?
