We just upgraded to Nagios XI 2012R2.7 and have noticed that
1) The Actions tab is missing in all of the Service Detail pages, and
2) The Service Management>Misc Settings for Notes URL, Action URL, and Icon image don't seem to have any affect when applied.
How do we get these various setting to work again?

For #2, where are you placing the images you are trying to use in CCM > Services > Service Name > Misc "Icon Image"?
