Bulk imports users

We have installed a new instance of XI. How do we bulk import users from our old Nagios server to the new one. And what is the best way of creating new users in XI. We are using static files in our new XI environment due to few limitations in our old Nagios setup. So adding users through GUI would not do the job.

Adding users through the Web GUI should work just fine no matter if you are using static configurations or not, and that is really the only accepted way of doing it. Has this created issues for you in the past?
